Advanced Diploma in Hospitality
This is a full time course consisting of 6 semesters of study and leading to certificates by WLC College India. These certificates are recognised as equivalent to Advanced Diploma in Hospitality by WLC College UK. There is an option of completing the last semester in the UK.
Course content and career paths
The curriculum prepares students for traditional job roles in hotels and restaurants, as well as in growth areas such as corporate entertainment, film and TV crew catering and sporting events, all offering different challenges. Students train in realistic working environments where they learn to prepare high quality lunches and dinners and buffets for special occasions as well as theme evenings, based on the foods from different regions. They are also provided practical skills in preparing and serving food and general kitchen work, and how to work confidently in the industry.

Assessment:
All units combine workshops, tutorials and projects and are assessed depending on the nature of the project. At the end of the semester, the units will also be assessed by time-bound assessment.
