Course Aims
The course aims to provide students with an overview of the business world helping them to focus on area for specialization in the future. Throughout the course, students develop skills and techniques, personal qualities and attitudes which are essential to perform effectively at work. The course integrates academic study with development of business skills and professional training and equips students with a thorough knowledge of the business environment. The course adopts a student -centred approach. Students learn by analyzing and conducting case studies and investigating real problems. This methodology is incorporated in all units of the course. The course adopts a highly participative and interactive approach and has a strong emphasis on ‘learning by doing’. Students are evaluated through an intensive process of continuous assessment.
