I. Employee Leasing
SPACE is well-equipped to help partner organizations to reduce employee-related operating costs, while you still retain control of your employees. The leased employees would report to the partner organization for the day- to-day functioning but would be on the rolls of Wigan. The responsibility to identify and recruit the concerned employees would rest with Wigan. The identification and recruitment would be done in line with the requirements of the company.
The employee leasing can be undertaken in the following modes:
- Payrolling: The partner organisation can identify and recruit employees who would be taken onto the rolls of Wigan. Administrative and regulatory activities related to the workforce would be outsourced to Wigan.
- Contractual: Is the assignment of our associates to partner organizations for specified periods of time.
- Managed Services: Wigan provides the onsite management of the contingent workforce at the partner organization’s facility. We retain the responsibility for the supervision of the leased employees as well as the accountability for the results of the facility or function that have been leased to us.
