She worked as an Audit assistant for 5 years and for 18 years in a senior managerial position in EIH Ltd (The Oberoi Hotels) in their Finance Department. She has been teaching in WLC College India, Kolkata campus from January 2004.

BE IIT New Delhi with a specializing in Project Management and Training, he has served at senior positions with reputed companies like GE, Bajaj, AFCO, Blue Star. He was Vice President Marketing in Man Industries and has been a faculty with WLC College India for the past three years.

PGDBM from IMDR Pune with a Masters from Punjab University Chandigarh, he has worked for 20 years with the Indian Navy in personnel selection, appraisal and development. He is a trained psychologist in personality assessment techniques from the Defence Institute of Psychological Research, New Delhi. He has worked as HRD consultant with the Industry.
